Mmmm! This looks yummy! Have you read Alone in the Kitchen with an Eggplant? I started reading it, but haven't finished yet. It's kind of funny, it's about dining alone and the different things people eat when they're by themselves. :)

ReplyDeletePatty - Since my dip is gone maybe I'll make another batch this weekend and share the recipe. Oh, and trust me. Fried eggplant is not an every night kinda thing in my house. I just couldn't resist the little buggers at the store.
